James joined Boreham Wood in March from Solihull Moors, where he was a fan favorite, and quickly became an integral part of manager Luke Garrard's squad. He started in eight of the final nine fixtures in the Enterprise National League and played in all three play-off matches, contributing to six clean sheets during this crucial period.
